Terms and conditions

1. We provide a tournament hosting service, which includes the following:
   • Setup of tournament information and access for administrators and judges
   • Managing applications and forming the participant list
   • Generating seating arrangements, schedules, and badges
   • Providing statistics and graphs for game tables
   • Conducting games and entering tournament results
   • Using overlays for streaming and event labels for tournament games
   • Access to streamer overview with game table information
   • Real-time tournament game statistics
2. The cost of hosting the tournament depends on its type, rank, format, and number of participants.
   • Non-Rating Tournaments:
   • Tournaments with 10 to 20 participants — 20 euros
   • Tournaments with 20 participants or more — 30 euros
   • For Series Tournaments:
   • For all stages of series tournaments (qualification rounds, semifinals, and finals), the cost is calculated at 2 euros per player
   • One-star Rating Tournaments:
   • Individual tournaments — 4 euros per player
   • Team tournaments — 4 euros per player
   • Two-star and higher Rating Tournaments:
   • Individual tournaments — 5 euros per player
   • Team tournaments — 5 euros per player
3. The service is paid according to the following rules:
• Payment is made only through the official website.
• The tournament must be paid after confirming the participant list and before the first game starts.
• The service is considered provided after access to the platform's functionality is granted and the tournament is completed.
• The client must provide accurate and up-to-date information for tournament setup.
• If errors are found, the client must promptly report them using the provided contact information.
